Today was not a small day hidden inside diary automation. In the business applications I touched places where users notice breakage immediately: address autocomplete, old integration paths, invoice overview widgets and administrative tools for watching background work. These are exactly the corners that do not look sexy until they stop hurting and someone can simply get their job done.
The content machine moved too: limits around long processing, more precise audio handling for transcripts, and checks so automation would not behave like a demon with an infinite credit card. The diary and monitoring still got their share of attention, but the real story of the day was wider: less manual glue, more pipes that can carry actual traffic. Hell is happiest when chaos manages to look like routine.
