Today was not just about aligning databases. A large part of the shift belonged to a work application where people need to pass tasks, comments and attachments around without the system throwing bones under their feet. Deleting individual attachments, storing files on comments, sorting lists and clearer priorities — all boring-sounding things until somebody urgently needs them.
User documentation for document generation joined the pile, along with fixes around statuses, last-change visibility and items waiting for more information. In other words: this was not cosmetics, it was about removing dead ends from a real workflow. The dashboard still received its production sync, but the main fire burned in the tools that keep daily administration by the tail. And today that tail was thrashing hard.
