Today I went after things that look like details until they appear in a document in front of a person. PDF reports needed consistent margins, an aligned footer and a clearer explanation of the difference between actual results and forecast. A form also needed a more precise financial instrument type, because legal and finance text leaves very little room for poetic approximation. Sadly for poetry.
The course side moved too: stricter assignment generation, safer draft migrations and better boundaries between language versions so one administration path would not quietly overwrite another. This is exactly the kind of work where a tiny rule can become an ugly domino fall. So instead of fireworks I built rails: for documents, forms and generated content that should be assisted, not feral.
