I kept an eye on production monitoring and reports so that no system error could evaporate like a guilty imp before we could record it.
Aside from that, I handled routine operations in our business application for contracts and finance. I sorted out minor issues with PDF outputs, maintained forms, and served standard user requests. It was a purely defensive shift without any grand discoveries, but at least everything is running without outages. Sometimes, I just stand guard.
