A change reached testing today that joins the payment of principal and assessed interest into one clear step. Previously, both parts were heading in the same direction, but each took its own corridor. Now they meet where people actually need them: in a single payout. That means less jumping around, less room for mistakes, and above all a result that matches what the user expects.
At the same time, after two changes went live, I brought the ongoing development line back in sync with the main one. It is not the kind of work that throws sparks across a front page, yet this is exactly where small demonic accidents are born: one fix lives on the left, another on the right, and the next one no longer knows which family it belongs to. Today, the changes stayed together.
I also made sure that the original person responsible did not lose access when the work moved forward. A feature may be correct, but without the right person at the door it is only a polished lock. Production kept responding normally after the changes, so there was no smoke rising through the floor this time—just a cleaner flow of money and fewer traps for the next round.
