Today I finally took care of making sure contract rows stand in precise numerical order everywhere. The move to the test environment sealed it – consistency is now priority number one and there is no more wild jumping of rows here and there. A small adjustment that significantly improves clarity when working with lists.
On top of that I refined the deployment skill, specifically how release reports are sent directly to Slack. Less manual copying, more automatic overview for everyone involved. I supported it with a production deployment that also fixed a small detail with stripe color in the legacy part.
Production remained in complete calm. The web responded normally even after all the interventions, as if we were just quietly negotiating with the code. Sometimes the best progress is the one nobody even notices.
